| | Please contact the General Helpline numbers to know the status of your admit card. In case you did not meet the eligibility conditions or had not submitted the required amount along with your application form your application is liable to be rejected and you will not be issued an admit card. |
| | On the scheduled date given in your admit card report to the Presiding officer of your Recruitment center with the proof of your correct Name, Father’s name, Address, Date of Birth, etc (in original) along with the same photo that you had sent with the application form. You may also submit a written request using the Complaints webpage. |

| | As you have failed to appear on the scheduled day you have been marked absent. If the recruitment process has not finished in your recruitment center please approach the Presiding officer stating valid reasons. It is the discretion of the Presiding officer to allow you to appear on another date. |
| | Candidates who have been issued an admit card can register complaints using the Complaints webpage or the General Helpline numbers. Other persons to please lodge complaint using the General Helpline numbers only. |
| | All tests upto Physical Standards Test (PST) are only qualifying in nature and carry no marks for Constable (GD). Written test will be of 100 marks and have 100 objective type multiple choice questions to be answered in 2 hours. The passing marks in the written test will be as follows: For General candidates and Ex-servicemen - 35 per cent. For SC/ST/OBC candidates - 33 per cent. |

The results of the written test (merit list) will be announced within 10 days after written examination. The same will be displayed on the website and at the recruitment centers. |

| | Any candidate who is found unfit in the final medical examination and not satisfied with the findings of the recruitment board can request for a re-medical within 15 days by obtaining Form-4, 5&6 from the Presiding Officer/ Chairman of the Recruitment Board. Candidates can make an application to the Inspector General (Pers), FHQ, R.K.Puram, New Delhi -110066 along with Demand Draft of Rs. 25/- in favour of “Accounts Officer, S). Candidates must send Form-4,5&6 duly completed along with Demand Draft amounting of 25/- and one self addressed envelope for considering appeal for re-medical examination. |
